Jake, Brooke, Arin the whole team was amazing! Sometimes they made me feel like I was the only client with all the attention to detail to everything. Communication was always on point and made sure everything went as it should. Really took care of me and I’ll forever be grateful. Very kind, courteous , and easy to talk to. On top of that y’all made sure I close on time to be in my home before Christmas. Words cannot express how happy I am. Thank God 🙏🏾 for y’all. Merry Christmas to you all and happy New Year!!

Jake was super flexible in answering our questions. We never waited more than 30 minutes to hear back from him when we reached out. His service to us was above and beyond our expectations. The place we bought was not VA approved, but Jake went through all the red tape to get what was needed and have the VA approve the HOA. He never seemed “too busy” for us, and we felt as if we were his only client even though he most definitely was providing the same level of exceptional service to other Veterans. Thank you Jake, we won’t think twice about who to use in the future when re re-finance and when we move again, I will be recommending Veterans United to anyone and everyone who will listen.
